Meet Our Leadership Team:

Jamie Frankovitch-Managing Partner & Principal Recruiter

Jamie Frankovitch is a co-founder of White Glove Talent Partners and has been connecting companies with exceptional talent for the past 15 years. Her vision of what Talent Acquisition should be centers on putting people FIRST, as clients and candidates navigate through the hiring process. 


“There’s nothing more rewarding than helping clients and candidates find the perfect match and celebrating success on both sides. The experience becomes even more meaningful when candidates evolve into clients themselves, allowing us to continue supporting their growth as they build their own teams. This is what drives us to do what we do!” 


With experience across the Corporate, RPO, and Agency environments, Jamie has identified talent from entry level positions to executive leadership teams, having no boundaries when it comes to industry or function. She excels at streamlining processes, client and candidate relationships, as well as developing strategic sourcing and market strategies. 


The fun stuff: She is a Pittsburgh, PA native, with a bachelor's degree from Washington and Jefferson College, and a master's degree from West Virginia University. She and her husband have 3 beautiful, smart, strong-willed daughters, and a dog that is not the smartest or well behaved, but he’s cute. She loves her family, friends, faith, reading, traveling, all carbs, and will tell you she loves tennis, but hasn’t played in years. (Refer back to the 3 kids...)

Dan Reiter-Managing Partner & Principal Recruiter

Dan Reiter is a Co-Founder of White Glove Talent Partners, where he brings a career-long commitment to solving complex hiring challenges, building meaningful partnerships, and delivering tailored Talent Acquisition strategies. With a strong foundation in Executive Search, Corporate Recruitment, and RPO, Dan offers a unique perspective on what it truly takes to find, attract, and retain top-tier talent in today’s competitive market.


Dan’s approach is deeply consultative. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique business, culture, and hiring pain points — then builds practical, results-driven solutions that align with long-term goals. Under his leadership, White Glove Talent Partners has become known for its hands-on, high-touch recruitment model that seamlessly integrates with internal teams and feels like a true extension of the organization.


At White Glove, the commitment goes beyond filling roles — it's about driving growth, efficiency, and lasting value through exceptional talent.


The Fun Stuff: With a bachelor's degree from Purdue University, Dan lives just outside of Pittsburgh, PA with his wife, Cara, and their two young daughters — who regularly provide him with the opportunity to perfect his home cleaning skills. When he’s not helping clients, Dan enjoys spending time with family and friends, discovering new music, checking out the latest restaurants.
